All items listed on our site reflect the expected shipping out timeframe. Our products ship anywhere from 1 to 14 days from the day you place your order, unless otherwise noted.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused product within 14 days of the original shipping date for an exchange or refund of the purchase price.
Please note: We do not accept returns for custom made items, sale, clearance, closeout, special order items such as imported bits, opened feed supplements, wormers or computer software. We do not refund your original shipping or return shipping charges.
Returned item must be unused, showing no signs of use or wear, and be in the original, undamaged packaging. If an item is returned that is not resalable as new, or past the 14 day limit, it will be returned to you at your expense.
If the item is returned in "new " condition, there is no restocking fee with the following exceptions:
Bits - There is a 20% restocking fee on all bits to cover the cost of sterilizing the bits prior to re-selling them. This is done for everyone's protection!
Farnam Equipment - There is a 20% restocking fee imposed by Farnam on all returned products.
Saddles - There is a 10% restocking fee on saddles.
Re-pack the product in its original packaging. Make sure to include all pieces of the product including instruction manuals and warranty information. If you still have the original shipping box your order came in, please ship the product in that box. Include a copy of your sales receipt, the reason for the return, and indicate whether you want an exchange, or refund.
For your protection, we recommend that you ship your return back to us via UPS or US Postal Service with insured service. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. This will also allow you to track your return shipment easily through that carrier. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected, damaged, or lost shipments.

Damaged Returns:
If anything is damaged in your order, please save the carton and all the packing material as well as the item. Do not return the merchandise. Notify us immediately at so we can instruct you on the proper handling of the damaged merchandise. This will ensure the quickest replacement.

How will my order be shipped? We use UPS, Fed Ex or USPS. We reserve the right to change shippers depending on the product, cost, and ship to location when deemed necessary. Regardless of who we decide to use your shipping charge at check out will be the same. When you go to the your shopping cart check out you will be able to select which method of shipping you would like, for example UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, etc.
